Had a phone call with the recruiter first and she was excellent and very friendly! But that's when it ended. Second interview was with the hiring manager and first of all, she was almost 10 mins late. She also appeared very uninterested throughout the interview and was always looking off screen. The vibe was definitely off but I was able to get a third interview where it was a mock call situation. This round was with the same hiring manager and another manager. Again, the vibe was a bit off and she looked uninterested but the other manager - he was more engaging and was a lot nicer. I was rejected but overall, I dont think I wouldve accepted because i cant imagine working with the hiring manager based on first impressions.

Question 1
why biorender? what do you like/dislike about bdr?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BioRender
Interview
First interview was over zoom in 2024 with HR and was great. Within the first week i was scheduled for the 2nd interview with the hiring manager.
2nd interview was odd and then became very hostile. The manger the entire time asked negatively framed questions to trip you up which is odd and a huge time waste as most interviews ask about your accomplishments. After, the hiring manager became hostile over a basic question about the role and overreacted. Even trying to clarify the question as it's a main focus of the role and Hr mentioned it in the first interview they overreacted and became aggressive. Within 20 minutes of the interview I was sent the rejection letter.
Honestly I am glad i'm not here as if your hostile over a question I can't imagine working for them.

Question 1
What are your worst feature and skills?
Top 5 worst skills and how to improve on them?
The HR person said that she would get back to me within 2 days, it has been 2 weeks and no response. I got a highly unprofessional impression of the company through this.
