Brief phone interview followed by an in-person short interview. There wasn't really too much process here, as they seemed to want to hire just about anyone who applied. When it came to the post-interview walkthrough of the work environment, we were told what kind of work we would be doing and asked if we were still interested. Shortly after, we met with some of the leaders of the assembly line and given some more insight on what kind of tasks we would be asked to accomplish if we were hired. We were given the opportunity to ask some questions if we wanted and then shuffled back into the interview room, where we watched a couple of videos on workplace safety and sexual harassment.
