Binance Localisation Operations Manager interview questions

The HR person who I had my first interview with made a negative impression on me. Inappropriate questions, impolite and disrespectful behaviour. Interesting experience, actually, that I have never had before with other companies. "What is your current salary" kind of questions that make you understand that you won't be evaluated based on your experience and skills, but on your...current salary. Also, the salary for the position turned out to be quite low, the HR person also tried to negotiate at that first call, saying they have bonuses, while I didn't even know much about the position itself and those bonuses and wasn't ready to negotiate. I got to the second round and the call with the team members was great, but that didn't make up for the negative vibe from HR. Then they never came back to me though the team was very happy with the interview and said they would get back to me just in a couple of days. All in all, it's not the way to treat candidates. And the company culture does not seem to be good, at least that was my impression. Don't recommend, there are many more respectful and economically stable companies over there.
