Process was long and HR communication was sub par. I had to chase them each round. Screen interview -> Hiring manager interview -> Presentation (8-10 slides) ->Team interviews -> HR leader interview -> CFO interview. I got all positive feedback through out all interviews and then they ghosted. I chased up on it just for them after 6-7 rounds just for them to give me a very sub par feedback. If you take a presentation from someone, keep it and make them go through that many rounds, its basic courtesy to follow up and when asked give a reasonable feedback. I was told that they decided to go with no one and going to keep looking. Speaks volume on the incompetency of the leaders there who can't make up their minds after taking people through for weeks. Good escape!
