Interviews were average but the people were pretty horrible. Most people at BigCommerce sound very unhappy. People were also very unprofessional during the interviews--two called at bars and the signal kept dropping. The person who would be my manager sounded difficult and like she micromanages people regularly and doesn't mind if scope creeps up. It sounded like a very blame-ridden culture as well. Marketing sounded like the worst team to occasionally deal with and product managers seemed to have very negative moods. 1. Interview with recruiter 2. Engineering challenge 3.
