I applied for a UX/UI Designer position on 29/03/2025 and 4 days later I received a questionnaire and two tests (reasoning and personality) by email. On the same day I filled out the questionnaire which had 18 questions, in my opinion, it was very long and must have taken me about 1 hour to answer. As for test 1 - reasoning, was timed in 10 minutes and once again had an exaggerated number of very complex questions, of which I was not even able to complete half. Finally test 2 - personality was more accessible and took less time. 25 days have passed and I still haven't received any feedback on whether I should move on to the interview stage. If any updates come up in the meantime I will update this review.
