First of all, HR, introduction, did you hear about this company previously why you join this company, why you left currently company, what’s your weaknesses. second round, hiring manager, then case, offer, it’s quite normal procedures.
Het sollicitatieproces verliep inhoudelijk positief en er werd zelfs een aanbod geschetst. Toen gevraagd werd naar mijn huidige salaris en gewenste salaris, heb ik teruggevraagd wat het budget voor de rol was. Na enkele weken kreeg ik te horen dat men niet verder wilde, enkel omdat ik mijn huidige salaris niet heb gedeeld. Dit gaf mij de indruk dat transparantie eenzijdig werd verwacht.

For some reason glassdoor does not accept the job title being very generic, this is just a general interview screening for multiple roles. They sent emails and called internationally several times really hoping me to interview with them; even when I have already said that it would be difficult for me to relocate internationally as this time period.
Several more invitations and calls had made me to take some effort in aligning time zones and all that to see what they have to offer. On the day of interview, no one showed up, sent emails for confirmation, no response.
-- Only after half an hour they say they have a meeting, and that's it, no follow-ups or rescheduling whatsoever.
Maybe this is just a company that tries to scam your personal information. Beware.
