Easy and effective. They were kind and approachable. Questions weren't too hard and not much research had to be done before hand. a Knowledge in ABA /VB would be important for this interview.

what was the most challenging experience you had and how did you deal with it?
First, there is an interview with two people and then 2 different play sessions with two different pupils in the school where you need to do some pairing with them. Get ready for the play session by studying how to pair with a pupil and also have fun, smile and be proactive.
