Easy Interview process and typical for a sales role, i.e. recruiter screen, call with prospective sales leader, call with head of engineering, then a call with a higher up leader (in this case the co-founder), then they want you to conduct a mock presentation/sales call as a final step. They narrowed us down to 2 candidates and neither of us got an offer. Too much of a startup at the moment and needs to figure out what they want and how to differentiate their product. Was excited about the role, but overshadowed by their uncertainty in a proven sales rep with proven results.
