Interview
Very basic. You will have people who desperately wants you to go hands on and will tell you that your qualifications are just "too fancy".
Waited a long time despite being 20 mins early for the interview.
Company have NO BASIC discipline or etiquette in receiving a candidate.
Not recommended for a local to go .

Short, technical interview. By the manager and the boss.
A quick background check, experience and employment status before the interview (-30mins).
Willing to do hands-on task and a can-do attitude will be fit for the job.
