The application process is long compared to other firms (7-8 hours of commitment, spread across 1.5-2 months), but it is quite unique as well, so you might find it interesting.
You first have to do an OA, which consists of behavioural questions, as well as some pen-and-paper tasks (e.g., algorithms on graphs, logical reasoning), and a task that you couldn't solve by hand, thus requiring you to write a small program.
After the OA stage, there are 2 behavioural interviews, which consist of your standard behavioural questions as well as "brain teaser" type questions (not really the "If you were shrunk and put in a blender, how would you escape" kind, they were more about logical reasoning and less open-ended). I highly recommend preparing for how to answer those, since I believe that is the reason I failed.
