The selection process is very well structured and aims to assess the candidate's motivation and technical skills. The process in mainly composed by a set of technical tests: although it takes time to complete them, they're funny and extremely well-crafted! Among various logical reasoning tests, there are also some algorithmic problems and coding challenges. The process also includes some video-call interviews: an intro call with the recruiter, a technical interview, and a logical reasoning one. Overall, the entire process can be described as being high-quality, challenging and nicely-structured.
