The selection process is unlike any other I’ve ever experienced. It definitely requires strong logical thinking skills, which I had never been tested on before for creative roles, but I found the whole experience both challenging and stimulating. While the overall process is quite time-consuming, I thought the design task (which comes in the middle) was really well-balanced in terms of time and effort. Once you pass the initial stages, the hiring manager is very approachable and open to any questions.
