I had the most unprofessional interview session I have ever attended. The interviewer displayed a lack of professionalism by answering a phone call in the middle of our discussion and asking someone to prepare his lunch while I was speaking. From the beginning, he seemed neither polite nor interested. He also engaged in a personal conversation with a female employee about dining together while I was left waiting for him to finish.
I found it difficult to understand how this behavior was acceptable, as it is indicative of a company's attitude towards its employees. Moreover, the interviewer did not inquire about the job description at all; he only focused on salary and notice period. If that was their only concern, why invite someone for an interview, just to waste their time and effort when they seemed to have a specific salary offer in mind? It was quite disappointing.
