I had 2 interviews. The first one with 1 engineer and 1 HR, mostly talking about my experience, expectations, and a few technical questions about full stack development. The conversation with the HR person was fully in Japanese, while the one with the engineer was in English. The second interview was with 2 engineers. It was very similar to the first one, though in this case we only used English. I was rejected due to having insufficient experience in complex cloud infrastructure setups, and not having enough interest in the company's product. The interview process itself was really good, and the company members I had the interviews with all seemed to be great people. I wish them all the best!
