First round was a typical initial 15 minute phone screen.
Second round was a panel style interview. Questions from various team members, standard questions to be expected. Towards the end of the interview I was given two scenario based exercises to complete. One of the exercises was given to me incorrectly it was the "You have 8 pennies, 7 weigh the same, one weighs less. you also have a judges scale. Find the one that weighs less in less than 3 steps." Only they had 10 pennies, 9 weigh the same, and 2 steps which is impossible to complete. Received an email post interview with an apology. I was also asked if I would consider another position within the company.
Post 2nd round I was told that several team members were ill so to expect a delay in hearing back about the process. I was then denied 2 weeks later as they decided to pursue "local candidates", despite my intentions to relocate and the listing stating that this position could be performed remotely.
