Firstly, there is an online test, test knowledge in the domain. Then a group interview, about 6 candidates with 2-3 team member, mostly asked about OS, networking basics, data structure basics, process thread etc. If you can be able to pass it, an offer.

HR interview about your motivation, your knowledge on "milli teknoloji hamlesi" and T3. Then a technical interview with the team, you will be asked some questions about UDP-TCP, Solid principles, data structures and algorithms, process-thread, semaphore-mutex etc. Then final interview with the department leader.
