Interview
Began with a phone interview / discussion of interview styles and company vision, then I was scheduled for the first in person interview that included a short "test" representative of daily tasks required in the office. The second and final interview was before a panel that presented various job scenarios with discussion on the responses.

How to handle an employee that did not complete a job task in a timely manner and refused to stay and complete the job? And, as Operations Coordinator would I want to be informed of the incident?
