O processo começou bem, com uma resposta rápida. No entanto, a primeira entrevista técnica foi uma das experiências mais antiprofissionais que já tive. A entrevista foi caótica, desfocada e consistiu maioritariamente num monólogo sobre projetos pessoais do lado da empresa, em vez de uma avaliação das minhas competências para a função.

Question 1
Depois de uma questão técnica minha ter sido ignorada, foi apresentado um desafio de código extremamente vago ("imprimir um quadrado"). Os pedidos de clarificação foram recebidos com impaciência. Após a apresentação de uma solução funcional, não houve qualquer feedback técnico e a chamada foi terminada abruptamente.

Interview
Interview process is well described on their page and they stick with it.
It starts with 15 minutes, multiple allowed answers quiz.
Followed by 1h technical interview with their team lead.
After that there is take home assignment that should be written in Django, which is a bit lengthy - couple of days work.
Then there is the 1h review of the task together with CTO, Team Lead and 1 Engineer.
Finally there is a 1h CEO interview with a bit typical HR questions.
Interviewers are very friendly and positive, and you can also learn a lot from the interviews.
Overall it is a bit lengthy process, but I guess because they are a small team.
Take home assignment is also a bit lengthy.

Online interview starting with introducing yourself followed by a couple of coding questions. There were other questions regarding the way GIT works, and questions about OOP paradigms. Overall it was pretty easy
