Interview
The first interview was pretty typical. However, it was only a half an hour which limited my ability to share my work. It was also pretty disorganized. For the second round, I was asked to present several of my past projects, which was quite time consuming. They said I would hear back by that Friday. Instead, over three weeks passed before they told me that they decided they weren't going to hire for the role at all. A total waste of everyone's time.

Interview
The interview process was two steps - an initial screening then an interview with hiring managers. Overall, process was both straightforward and simple. The initial screening was by phone, and the second interview was over Zoom.
There were technical difficulties on the call with 3 other people. These people seemed like they were straight out of college and terribly inexperienced; one even had a very sour attitude throughout the whole conversation. They also didn't reiterate the job description or compensation. I was given a fairly straightforward assignment then ghosted right after. Completely immature and unprofessional
