There were three interview stages: An initial round focused on basic questions. A technical MCQs round. Virtual interviews with team leads and senior members, dependent on technical exam performance. If you excel in these stages, there's a final 1:1 with the CEO. I found this encounter challenging; the CEO referred to someone with 4 years of experience as a 'Junior Developer', which seems out of touch with current industry standards. Additionally, although I'd shared my experience and salary expectations in the first round, he seemed unaware and raised concerns about discrepancies. Such points could have been addressed earlier to streamline the process.
