Lackadaisical. Thoughtless. Tick box only. Interview conducted by unqualified personnel. In many cases you are more experienced than your managers. Don't bother wasting time to prepare. You will breeze through the interview with no feeling of accomplishment.

Nothing of any relevance. They are just interested in getting anyone through the door and in the role due to the high turnover and low morale.
Straight forward process, applied through an agency, was contacted to attend an interview. At the interview a health and safety video was shown and questions afterwards, straightforward and informal process.
