I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barobo (Davis, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
During the first hour-long interview they learned about my background. For the next interview they made me put on a sales presentation even though they knew I wasn't a salesman. They sent me 3 links to access to learn about the company. I thought they must just want to know how I present myself in front of clients, but no, that was to be my training, unguided and unpaid. They expected a professional sales presentation, with PowerPoint and everything. Then one of the bosses nagged me to make a sale. This is what they expect from a job applicant. How do they treat people they're paying?
