Barclays Risk Analyst Graduate interview questions

Test host is SHL Then Invited to a virtual Assessment centre. 2 x 50 min interviews. 1:1 and both worked in different parts of risk. First was a competency interview, second was a case study role play that you are given an hour before. They also asked a few competency questions too at the end

I applied online on the Barclays website. Had to do two online business insight assessments, the second was followed by a one-way video interview. The video interview puts you in business situations and asks you to respond to several situations/issues (some video and some text responses). The assessment centre follows, which consisted on two one to one interviews lasting 40 minutes each approx. The first is a role play exercise in which you are given data and information prior to the assessment day, and asked to take part in a role play business meeting. The second is a more standard interview, asking you about the role, your motives and more about yourself. I received an offer over the phone a couple of days later.
