The hiring process at barclaysis impressively efficient, consisting of three rounds of testing followed by a technical interview and concluding with a final HR interview. The fast-paced process ensures timely decisions, allowing candidates to progress quickly through each stage.

Applied through college placements, the entire process took roughly two weeks. The aptitude round comprised of basic quants, logical reasoning, verbal, finance and accounts questions. The level was easy-medium. After that CV shortlisting took place. Selected candidates made to R1 of personal interview online which was entirely CV based technical questions and basic finance questions. After that, shortlisted were called in office for R2 which was technical round and then finally R3 shortlists were called in for the HR/fit test with the MD and HR which tried to gauge your understanding of the role being offered.
