The job offer was at Barclay's situated in Milan. It begin with 2 Interviews. The first one was about personal information and motivations. The second one was about my personal skills and about the company overall. The position required was Organization Strategy for just 6 months with a salary of 700 euro/month from February till July and eventually re-confirmed for other 6 months. They did not say anything about full-time employes.
