I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
The interview was the culminating part of the Global Markets boot camp offered for diversity candidates. I had three interviews on the third day with two MDs and one director from LevFin, Consumer, and Industrials. Each were strictly 30 mins and involved a mix of fit and technical questions. The LevFin MD had an intensive CBA background, so he was posed more technical questions, whereas the other two interviewers posed more leadership/teamwork questions (coming from a target liberal arts school, I was underprepared for the technical questions).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In an LBO, how would we reflect the underwriting of debt on the balance sheet, income statement, and DCF?
The interview process was very hard and very difficult, I did not get the offer for the investment banking analyst. Wish anyone the best if they are doing it. Good Luck
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Barclays (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Multiple back to back interviews, each with different more senior members of the team. Ssome were behaviorals with dif ppl, some were fully technical doing paper LBOs, and some brainteasers.
Two parts—puzzle solving and company fit. The puzzle-solving part was fine. The company fit part was odd and long. Basically, just a bunch of statements about company culture/teamwork, ranking them, then ranking them again when the question was asked in a different way.

Question 1
They asked a math problem about probability. Very simple. The questions became progressively harder.
