Interview
1 - Psychometric testing. Scenario based, following a graduate through tasks and ranking multiple choice decisions.
2 - Video Interview. Extension of scenario in stage 1. Video responses with around 2 mins prep time. Also some interpretation of graphs and numerical data in a set time. Medium difficulty.
3 - Assessment Centre. 4 hour assessment including 3 stages. Virtual reality experience, job scenario based interview 30 mins, and standard competency interview 30 mins.

Interview
First stage: Online assessments. Pretty self explanatory, simple maths and cognitive tests.
Second stage:
Solo video answering questions. These questions are behavorial questions in style. They also have a mix of personality questions that are multiple choice.
Third stage:
Virtual assessment centre. Two interviews with a mix of behavorial and "technical" questions. The technical questions are not very technical, They asked a general question and I related it to my personal projects.

Question 1
Name a time you had to work to a deadline that if you did not meet there would be great consequences.
I completed my initial application by submitting my resume and answering some personal questions. Then, I received a link to complete some tests(behavioural and logical reasoning). After I completed these tests, I received a link to take a coding test. After these, I didn;t hear back from them.
