2 psychometric tests before interview. Situational judgment and numerival reasoning. Both tests weee standard situational judgemnt test had a videoto watch and you selectbest and woest answers. 40 minutes face to face interview with the manager.

Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
