Applied online. First online assessment; situational judgement and calculation. Then received an email to book a face to face interview for a in depth situational judgement interview with two of the managers. In addition,
to help you prepare for the interview, they list main competencies they are looking out for.
The process took 3+ weeks. I was interviewed at Barclays, London.

Interview
Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
Zoom interview. Competency questions. Giving examples of how you have helped a colleague in the past, a time when you have went that extra mile, your biggest challenge, how your overcame a difficult situation.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
