The interview process was divided into two rounds: the first round included a group written test and a group interview, while the second round involved discussions with the center supervisor and social workers.I ultimately received an offer, but the salary was disappointing. The final offer was lower than what a fresh graduate would typically receive, which felt disrespectful. This situation could negatively impact motivation and loyalty among experienced candidates.

The interview took around 3 hours, 45 mins written test and around 1 hour group interview with around 30mins waiting time. It was smooth but took us a long waiting time.
