I attended a panel interview with Banyule City Council for a student planner role with three interviewers. The process was well-structured and welcoming, and the panel created a comfortable environment to respond to questions about myself, teamwork, council values, and child safety. Overall, it was a positive interview experience and the interviewers were professional and friendly.
