I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (West Atlantic City, NJ) in Dec 2019
Interview
Below is an email I sent to their hiring director that I believe perfectly sums up the interaction I had with this company:
I arrived for an interview today at your office in West Atlantic City and I must say I am shocked by the lack of professionalism. I arrived early as per requested for your interview and waited until 10:45, with not a single indication that there was anyone in your office. If there was a conflict of interest, I would have been more then happy to reschedule; however, I fear your lack of communication is indicative of a much larger problem at your company. As such, even if you still wish to offer me the position, I must decline. I wish you luck on your endeavors.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
