Interview
Easy group interviews, basically they want to know if the company is a right fit for you and you for them. Very independent role. Went to two group interviews where you listen to presentations about Bankers Life and then final round was a one on one interview with a manager to see if you are a good fit for the office.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
