first i was called by a recruiter about a job opening in my area; then i filled out an application; next, i interviewed with the recruiter; next, i interviewed with my potential boss; then i interviewed my boss' boss; then i interviewed with a group of individuals one level above my position who i would interface with in my job.

The interview process was fairly simple. Initially I had a phone interview with the recruiter to determine whether i was qualifed for the position. Once that was complete, i was given a website to sign on to in order to complete testing based on my knowledge of banking and personality characteristics. Once that was completed (and passed) I interviewed with two people (one who held the position i was inteviewing for and the other was a position i would be assisted by). Once that interview was complete, I had an interview with my future manager and his boss.
