Smooth Process. Easy to apply for on the site - was already an employee of the bank. Great conversation with hiring manager, then my would be manager, then one of the department heads. Very friendly, efficient process.

I had an interview with the head of department and another senior staff. The interview was 2 hours long. The first hour: A 6-page assessment for a credit report. The second hour: discussion of the assessment and some CV-based questions.

Make sure you understand the Financial Statement: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, etc.
Three rounds of interviews. First is video recorded, the other two in person. Questions are both technical and behavioral. Interviews lasted about 30 minutes each. Are given options on what time interview takes place.
