they do an interview by phone, after that they call you for an interview in person with a group of candidates. They do this because they want to see if you are a people person. On that interview, they do role plays, and about experiences with different customers and how you took care of that. After that, they select a few and call for an interview with a manager who you are going to work for. If that manager likes you, she will call you.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
