I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America
Interview
The process begins with a lengthy application through the Bank of America website. You apply to multiple positions in your area (luckily after you do an app for Teller - or some other position - you can just mass apply). You are then notified via email of a possible group interview; you are required to respond yes/no to this opportunity. Obviously you answer yes, you go to a group interview and are asked to basically go over your resume and answer basic questions (they make you sell them something). If you interview well, they could possibly pull you from the room to interview for a higher position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
