      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2009

      Interview

The interview process for the job was a four part process. The first part was a quick prescreen phone interview where they only asked you if you were a US citizen and could work with out a permit, and are at least 18 years of age. Second step is a ver long personality test which took me about 2.5 hours to complete even though it said it would only take 45 minutes. The third step was a phone interview which was a behaviaral interview and was stricly business. The hardest question I remember was tell us about a time when you had a complete a project or task and you didnt have all of the information or supplies to complete it. Tell us how you ended up completing it. I didn't make it past this interview.

The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Washington, DC) in Apr 2014

      Interview

There were only two interviews: a phone interview and in person panel interview. The questions asked were standard. Most of the questions revolved around past client interactions and previous leadership/coaching experience. The interviewers are looking for answers that display your desire and/or passion to work in the retail banking environment.

Very laid back. The interviewer was very personable and made me comfortable immediately. She asked open ended questions once the actual interview started. She started by asking personal questions in an effort to get to know me. It was a great experience. Most of the managers that I met after her have been equally as pleasant.
