I applied and they got back me to accepting me into the next round. I faced a round of technical questions and then they asked me behavioral questions. Be approachable, Be ready to make small talk, don't come off as nervous even though you will be and they know that. Be calm and show off that you are ready for a high stress situation when it matters.
