I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Chandler, AZ) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online. 1-week process. Started with an email then a basic assessment that pertained to math and customer service. Received a phone interview asked basic questions about your resume and few behavioral questions. Then went to their campus and interviewed. Very sales oriented questions, did not ask customer service based questions. STAR based. The two interviewers were very condescending towards my answers. They responded with arrogant comments to each other after several questions when I was in front of them. I wished I would have walked out rather than wasting my time with a company who can't respect someone. Terrible experience. Declined offer happily!

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you exceeded the expectations of a customer/client?
Like most on here, applied online and then took two assessments, one personality and one FIAT. Afterwards got scheduled for a phone interview. Recruiter I interviewed with was a wonderful person, and was more concerned with if the job was a good fit than just filling the positions as quickly as possible. Ultimately decided it wasn't, but her professionalism spoke a lot about BOA.

Interview
The hiring process consisted of an initial email contact, then two subsequent assessments. The first test focuses on personality traits, and the second test is aimed at determining your proficiency in statistics and economics.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bank of America (Lincoln, RI)
Interview
Client service assessment online, if passed then you take a finance/economics based assessment. Once completed, move on to phone screen. The process of the assessments and phone screen all happened within a few days. I always read reviews here but never wrote one until now. The interviewer was for sure condescending as some other reviewers said. I debated just ending phone screen b/c I was no longer interested. Interview started with “do you have any questions”, when I proceeded to ask logistical questions, the interviewer stated that my questions were too specific. In RI the current open shift is Tues- Sat with okay but not great pay. I rated the process as difficult because the finance assessment really makes you think and you do need to prepare for the phone screening, it’s not a basic “tell me about yourself” phone interview.
