I filled out an online application and was contacted maybe a day or two later. This was followed up with two phone interviews since I did not live in the area. I was offered the position maybe three or four days later. I relocated at my own expense. Many of the questions were "tell me about a time". There were also questions about why this job, and why Bank of America. The first of the two phone interviews was with HR the second was with the hiring manager.
