Overall it was pretty straight forward... first contact was with a corp recruiter and then followed up with a phone interview with the hiring manager. A very comprehensive background check was done. Both the recruiter and hiring manger were excellent and very professional. Questions focused on my background and history with a lot of discussion regarding roles and responsibilities. its my understanding BOA generally tries to hire from within. The feedback I was given (which is so nice because so often you never even hear back) was the my skill set was a good fit but coming from the outside I lacked mortgage experience.
