The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) in Nov 2011
Interview
I personally walked in to ask about available positions and they encourage me to apply for the teller position asap. After a couple of days I receive a call from a recruiter to explain me the hiring process. She also sent me some tips to get ready for a phone interview (which was held 5 days after). The phone interview was pretty basic, we talked about previews experiences and some scenarios where I had given an "above and beyond" customer service experience. After it was ended, she schedule me for a interview with the manager which is going to be held next Friday. I'm not sure if it's a 1:1 interview or if it's a group interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
