I went through 3 employees for the interview. It was back to back. All asked different things. The first asked about my personal interest, such as my hobbies and what did I do for fun. The second employee asked about the position I was applying for. She asked what did I want to have this position. The last employee asked about in dept accounting things, such as have you had any audit experience before?

Had to virtually answer 5 questions and had 30 seconds in between each one to prepare an answer and a max of 2 minutes to deliver answer. Heard back in around 2 weeks.

2 rounds of interviews, 1 case study. They are very genuinely and engaged with your background and are looking in how you will use it in the audit setting. Networking is so important for the interview process!

What is a challenge your faced and how did you over come it?
Very straight forward. Included case study. 3 interviews in total. One is phone screening, second one is the actual interview questions, third is a case study. Some people only did two interview tho. Good luck
