First step -phone screen - got glowing feedback.
Second step - phone interview with the hiring manager and Business Support Manager. The hiring manager asked detailled questions about cash and balance sheet impacts of certain alternatives. Feedback was again, glowing.
Final step - full-day session (9:00 - 4:00). The woman who shuttled me from interview to interview was wonderful. She was a true ambassador for the firm. I met with the three peer level employees (all individually), then met with the hiring manager (a SVP) and then met with four stakeholders - all SVP's. As you would imagine, there were varying levels of interest in being involved in interviewing me as well as varying skill levels in executing a good interview.
Overall, the process was a very positive one. My only complaint is that, after this interview, the corporate recruiter went into radio silence and I never heard anything since. After all the time I invested into the process, I would have appreciated at least a bit of feedback into the decision.
