I only did two rounds - first round is HR round, followed by a "technical interview". Experience with recruiter was great - they were great to chat with and provided updates and followed up with me - so props to that. However, the so-called "technical interview" covered everything except anything related to your technical skills. The CTO basically asked the same questions that the recruiter asked, and it was almost the same process as the first HR round, and proceeds to reject the application. Seems really weird.
