Banco Mizuho Risk Manager interview questions

Got contacted by a recruiter for a position at Mizuho. Promptly replied to the recruiter, had a call with them where he did the first assessment for this role and then presented me to the client. Got 2 rounds of interview with the client, where the 2nd was also the last. Met again with the recruiter to discuss some practicalities and they told me I will be receiving a response in the coming week. Never heard again from them, completely disappeared and ignored my emails. Disappointing and rude.
