I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BambooHR (Draper, UT) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very thoughtful and well structured interview process. Even if your resume has some rough patches, they assume the best and give you a fair shot with an in-person interview.
They challenge you, ask hard questions, and the conversation will push you. They still treat you with respect and carry themselves professionally whether you get the offer or not.
If you get the opportunity to work here, take pride in it. You earned it. You’ll be surrounded by people with real character and high standards.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked thoughtful, challenging questions meant to see how you think. The whole point is to evaluate whether you have what it takes, which means some questions will catch you off guard. So I’ll leave the specifics to them. 🙂

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BambooHR (Lindon, UT) in May 2023
Interview
Made video interviews as comfortable as possible. Set clear expectations for the interview time, process and timeline. Interviewers are friendly and approachable. Still in the interview processes and waiting to hear back.

I’ve been a SDR for almost 2 years and have years of sales experience. They knew this from seeing my resume. I got a call out of the blue from the recruiter and he asked a couple of questions. I told him what I was targeting and what I was making at my last role and he said ok, let’s schedule an interview. The interview is scheduled for 5pm EST. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say the salary he offered here but it was the lowest I’ve ever heard, so low I actually started laughing because I didn’t know what else to say. And they wanted me to relocate to Utah! The recruiter was nice enough and he doesn’t control compensation, but he heard the number I told him initially and it was nowhere even close so I felt like they wasted my time.
Thank you for sharing your interview experience with us. We certainly strive to be very intentional in who we speak with so that the conversation is meaningful for them and us. It sounds like we could have done better. We're also continually reviewing our comp in relation to the market so that we can ensure it's competitiveness. Thanks again for both of these pieces of feedback--we'll make sure to review as a team on both fronts.
