Bamboo Airways interview questions

2 interviews online, the interviewers were nice and supportive. Long wait time for the first interview (about a month) Overall good experience, after the second interview things went smoothly. Had a good experience.

-There was a screening online round where you need to record a 3-minute video of yourself answering those 3 questions: introducing about yourself, the reason why you choose bamboo airways and why bamboo airways should choose you. After that they will send you an email for the assessment day if you’re qualified. Round 1: individual interview with 2 (or 3) interviewers, they asked me to introduce myself, asked me about my previous job and why I resigned,… just basic questions in both English and Vietnamese (their English were basic too!) Round 2: group interview with higher management team. 3 or 4 girls entered the room where there were 3 member of higher management team sitting. Two of them didn’t even care to leave their eyes from their phone to look at the candidates which was very unprofessional and not polite at all. The others two kept playing with their phone, sometimes they looked up to ask random questions and didn’t even care what were the answers from the candidates. Absolutely unprofessional and superior!! They care so much about the appearance of the girls rather than their abilities or personality or their English skills. Bad experiences in general and bad impressions about their airlines too.
